Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee, and issuing invoices, recording expenses and attaching receipts are unlimited and free. You only ever top up points (a prepaid balance you own) if and when a separately priced action needs them.
Is tax compliance included on every plan?
Yes, and it always will be. VeriFactu submission, corrective invoices, the audit trail, your full invoice history, data export and the API are on every plan including the free one. Charging you to obey the law is not a business we want to be in. Paid plans add agent access, analytical reports, advanced templates and room for a larger team.
What is the difference between the plans?
Free covers invoicing and record keeping for you and one trusted collaborator, such as your accountant. Pro adds five-person collaboration, agent access, advanced templates and every report type. Business removes the people limit and adds migration help and priority support.
What counts as a person?
Anyone you have given access to your company: you, a colleague, your accountant or another trusted collaborator. Access currently includes full editing permissions. Withdrawing access frees the place again.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions. Moving up takes effect immediately and you are charged only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
