What this document is
Spanish law requires the producer of an invoicing system to certify, in a signed statement known as a declaración responsable, that the system meets article 29.2.j) of the General Tax Act, the regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Order HAC/1177/2024.
uninvoice.app is produced by Curried Software S.L.U., so we are the ones who sign it. You do not sign anything: as a customer you are entitled to hold a copy, and so is the tax authority if it asks you for one.
Each version of the system is a distinct product with its own declaration, so every version we release is listed below and stays listed after it is superseded.
