> **Is the Free plan really free?**
>
> Yes. No monthly fee and no card. Invoices, proformas, expenses, receipts, reports and, for businesses in Spain, everything VeriFactu asks of you are included, and none of them are metered or counted.

> **My business is not in Spain. Can I use uninvoice.app?**
>
> Yes, and for free. VeriFactu only applies to companies incorporated in Spain and to Spanish self-employed. Everyone else uses every other capability (invoices, proformas, expenses, reports, templates, the API and MCP) on the same free plan, and simply never sees VeriFactu.

> **Is tax compliance included on every plan?**
>
> Yes, and it always will be. VeriFactu submission (for businesses in Spain), corrective invoices, the audit trail, your full invoice history, data export and the API are on every plan including the free one. Charging you to obey the law is not a business we want to be in. Paid plans add room for more people and more of our time, never a feature you were already using.

> **How do I authorize you to report to VeriFactu?**
>
> Whichever way suits you, on every plan. You can grant us a power of attorney on the tax agency's own site, or sign the tax agency's standard authorization form inside the app with your electronic certificate. uninvoice.app is a social collaborator of the AEAT, so the signed form is enough on its own and nothing has to be registered at the tax agency. The VeriFactu guide in our documentation walks through both.

> **What is the difference between the plans?**
>
> How many people work in your books, and how fast you hear back from us. Every feature is on every plan. Free covers you and one trusted collaborator, with email support and no promised time. Pro makes room for five people and answers your email within two working days. Business has no limit on people and answers by the next working day.

> **Is everything available today?**
>
> Almost. uninvoice.app is in early access: every plan is open in full and nothing is capped, and the paid plans are not on sale yet. When that changes we will say so before anything you are already using does.

> **How many people can I give access to?**
>
> Two on Free, which is you and one trusted collaborator such as your accountant. Five on Pro, and as many as you like on Business. Access currently includes full editing permissions, and you can withdraw it at any time, which frees the place again.

> **Can I change plan later?**
>
> Yes, in both directions. Moving up takes effect immediately and you are charged only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.

> **Do I need a credit card to sign up?**
>
> No. Create an account and start using uninvoice.app immediately. A card is only needed if you choose a paid plan.
